Business & Collaborations — here is the whole rundown, straight up, the way we would tell it to you face to face. This is what we are doing for artists, and how you win with us.

You keep your stuff. We take use, never ownership.

Everybody is a star at Networking Cincinnati — independent, but independently WITH us. You keep 100% ownership of your own content, always. The platform gets USE, never ownership. That is administration, not ownership, and the terms are built fair: the company earns only where it worked. No contract lock-in — you can leave anytime; subscribers stay at Networking Cincinnati.

The Member Pool — how you get paid, every week

We seeded the Member Pool with $100,000 raised from sponsors and grants to get it started, and it keeps getting fed: 40% of sponsorship and advertising revenue goes into the pool, every period (floor 30%, launch rate 40%). Payouts run WEEKLY. Each week, the payout pot is that week's draw from the pool, and your week is scored in POINTS from verified activity only — qualified views, watch time, and real engagement, plus referral points. The pot splits PRO-RATA: your share of the week's verified points is your share of the pot, and the math is published with the weekly payout report. Referrals pay $0.50 per person, staged: $0.10 when the new person signs up, verifies (email + phone) and completes their profile, and $0.40 when that person has posted their first upload and is still active at day 30. The payout minimum is $10. One person, one account, one payout account in their own name.

We pay more than the big platforms

Whatever Facebook pays, we pay more — way more. The baseline is real, from our own dashboard: about $240 for around 3.13 million views in 90 days, about $0.08 per 1,000 views. Our rates are built to beat Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Snapchat — all of them. And there is a floor test: if the effective rate ever drops toward Facebook's $0.08 per 1,000, the pool draw increases before the company's share does. A regular active creator should be able to make $3,000–$5,000 a month here; a super creator $10,000–$20,000 a month.

Your splits — the three lanes

PREPARED: you come with finished content that meets the bar — publishing 80% you / 20% Networking Cincinnati, administered through Mass Publishing LLC, and you keep 100% ownership. A license you find yourself on your own content: 100% yours. A license we close: 20% to the company.
BUILD-YOU-UP (UPGRADED): we bring your material up to the look — publishing 50/50 on the upgraded version, licenses 50/50 either way, upgrade costs recouped off the top first, and your original stays 100% yours.
PRODUCED BY US: we shoot and produce everything, the company owns that master — publishing 80% Networking Cincinnati / 20% you, licenses 80/20 the same way. If you close your own license on company-produced work, a flat 20% goes to the company.
And the rule that never moves: your writer's share is NEVER part of any split — writers keep 100% of the writer side in every tier. Deals you land entirely on your own stay 100% yours.

Unprepared artists get built, not turned away. The platform invests in you: studio time, beats, videos, your EPK, your e-store. NO upfront money, ever — we front the investment and recoup it out of what you earn, itemized in your audit dollar by dollar until it is covered, and once it is recouped you are at full rates. Prepared artists earn full rates from day one.

Here first, then everywhere — with links back home

Your content premieres here on NetCincyapp.com first, then pushes out to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with links always pointing back home. Before anything drops, it is registered from day one: BMI, The MLC, ISRC on every recording, SoundExchange, and the Copyright Office — splits set at registration. Your own e-store is set up BY the company from day one, so your stuff sells on our platform — no upfront fees. This is reverse marketing: creators come to ONE hub, we pitch your content OUT to distributors and sponsors, and the money comes back IN through the pool.

Our own Clippers program

Networking Cincinnati runs its OWN Clipper program, not a third-party service. Clippers cut clips from content living on NetCincyapp.com and push them out to the social platforms, and every clip links back home to the full content. Clippers earn POOL POINTS for the verified traffic and views their clips actually generate — same weekly pool, same verification, same anti-fake system. Artists who clip other artists get paid for the traffic AND get discovered by the other artist's fan base. A clip is promotion, not a new work — the underlying content's tier splits never change.

Your Spotlight is your living EPK — and every dollar is accounted for

Your Artist Spotlight page is your living EPK, cross-promoting Networking Cincinnati. The Audit Right means you can run a full audit of your own page and merchandise ANYTIME — every dollar itemized: content earnings, merch sales, pool points, referral credits, publishing collections, every payout. On top of that, the company runs an automatic quarterly audit and delivers every artist their full statement. You see your earnings balance, your referral link and each referral's stage, and the weekly payout report — the pot, the rates, and what you were paid. Progress sheets track you start to now to where you are going — followers, money, views, referrals, store sales — updated quarterly.
